A warm and inviting fire crackled in the fireplace that was situated along the far wall in the common room, but it was the strange sight across from it that caught her attention. A High Elf sat on the edge of the comfortable couch and appeared to be intently studying the many maps, scrolls, and notebooks that were strewn about the coffee table in front of him. Hmph, that’s weird, what is a High Elf doing out here? she thought to herself as she began to pass through the room that led to the small breakfast area.
